By accessing or using the Philippines Digital Life Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Service at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised.

As a user of the portal, you agree not to use the services for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the services.

• You shall not use the portal for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You shall not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the portal's infrastructure.
• Respect the privacy of other users and do not harvest their personal data.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Philippines Digital Life Portal and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).

Users retain their rights to any content they submit, post or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, and process such content for the purposes of providing the service.

In no event shall the Philippines Digital Life Portal, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
• Any content obtained from the service.
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
